Egg Cups – Recipe

This recipe is so quick and easy, so I make it often for breakfast.


*preheat oven to 375 degrees
*grease muffin tin lightly with coconut oil
*place your meat in the muffin tin-I typically use sliced turkey breast, but use anything!
*fill the cup about halfway with anything you’d like-spinach, salsa, etc.
*crack an egg over top
*cook approximately 15-20 minutes depending on your oven and how cooked you like your yolks.
*remove from oven and gently remove from muffin tin.
