Whole30 – Day 10

Double Digits! Day TEN!

Breakfast today was incredibly uneventful. I ate in the car on the way to the gym, meditation and yoga classes (take, teach, teach) so I didn’t take any photos of the carnage.

After prepping for my almond milk last night –>

Day 10’s lunch is a small cup of leftover carrot ginger soup, celery with homemade almond butter, a tiny arugula salad with my daily salmon ration and a smoothie!

Tonight for dinner we are having a burger with tomato and sautéed mushrooms and onions, sweet potato fries with cilantro-garlic mayo and a green smoothie.

Really am feeling GREAT! More energy, haven’t had a headache in 9 days which is UNHEARD of. Loving this!
