Breakfast today was just leftover egg casserole from yesterday and lunch was just random stuff I threw in a lunchbox for a trip to the zoo.
I had these little cucumber cups as a snack.
For dinner we had Carrot Ginger Soup with Garlic Fried Plantain Dippers.
And I’m prepping almond milk for tomorrow morning. Num num.
Aside from that, feeling great! More energy. FINALLY not feeling insanely bloated, maybe just semi bloated. All is well in the world.
