Whole30 – Day 18

So, apparently I live under a rock. I’ve never made poached eggs and I don’t know that I’ve ever eaten them?! I decided to give it a whirl and it went pretty well!

For dinner I whipped up some more zoodles. This time with sautéed broccoli and onions, with fresh tomatoes and a cashew “Alfredo” sauce. Mmmm,mmmm,good!
