Whole30 – Day 24

Food on the go? Fast food? Who needs an Egg McMuffin? Sprinkle a little dill on it, serve with a smoothie in a mason jar and you’re good to go. And classy.


More eggs! Who’d a thunk? And on a burger no less. I’m getting good at this.


Din din. Lemon Garlic Chicken with guac on top and sprouts roasted in ghee and balsamic vinegar and onions.


The key to sticking with this diet, for me anyway, is to really, really, really plan ahead. The last few days were kind of crazy, without much planning and I was feeling deprived. Today, it was on.
